Data deletion information

This data deletion information applies to customers, delivery partners, and restaurant partners who use the FoodPapa platform and related services, together with our Privacy Policy.

1. How to request data deletion

Email us at fpcreativehead@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data deletion request” (or “Account and data deletion request”) and your registered phone number or user ID if applicable.
Use the account or profile settings in the FoodPapa mobile app or website, where a delete account, close account, or similar data deletion option is available for your user type.
We may ask you to confirm your identity (for example via OTP, email link, or support verification) before we complete data deletion, to protect you and the platform from unauthorized requests.

2. Processing time

We aim to complete data deletion requests within a few business days after verification, depending on volume and any follow-up needed.
When data deletion is finished, we will send a confirmation to your registered email where technically possible.

3. What happens after data deletion

We remove or anonymize personal data tied to your FoodPapa account, including profile details and in-app content that is stored as part of your account, subject to the retention rules below.
Data deletion is permanent for that account; you will not be able to sign in with the same credentials after completion.
Some information may be kept where the law requires it, to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or meet regulatory and tax obligations.

4. Data we may retain after data deletion

Billing, payout, and transaction records may be retained for the period required by financial, tax, and accounting rules.
Aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you personally may be kept to understand platform usage, improve services, and report at a summary level.

5. When data deletion may be delayed or declined

We may pause or refuse data deletion if the account is subject to an active fraud review, safety investigation, or legal process, until those matters are resolved.
Outstanding balances, chargebacks, or contractual commitments (for example vendor or rider settlement obligations) may need to be settled before we can fully close certain partner accounts.

6. Reactivation and new accounts

After data deletion, a FoodPapa account cannot be reactivated; personal data for that account will not be restored.
If you wish to use FoodPapa again, you may register a new account, subject to our current terms and eligibility checks.
